Jung Hee-Wan (Kim Min-Ha) leads a solitary existence, devoid of purpose. Her monotonous life takes an unexpected turn when Kim Ram-Woo (Gong Myung), her childhood friend and first love who died six years ago, appears before her as a grim reaper. He reveals that she has only one week left to live and offers to help her complete a bucket list to find meaning in her remaining days.
